a) To prevent the Damascus steel from rust we do coating of blade with WD-40 or olive oil. The process of oiling on Damascus steel blade gives an amazing vintage luster look to its layers and patterns.

b) Due to absorbent nature of leather, blade staining could occurr, so avoid keeping blade in leather sheath for over a month.

c) If you wanted to keep the knives/damascus steel product in leather, it is highly recommended to wrap in plastic wrapper and then insert it in Leather sheath.

d) Do not use dish washer to clean Damascus blades.
