This Custom Handmade Damascus Steel Machete Sword is forged for strength, precision, and timeless craftsmanship. With an overall length of 24 inches, it carries an 18-inch hand-forged Damascus blade, built from a combination of high- and low-carbon steels. The steel is welded, folded, and hammered multiple times to form up to 352 true layers, delivering both durability and a unique flowing pattern.

Heat-treated to a hardness of 59–60 HRC, this battle ready sword offers razor-sharp edges designed for heavy use. The 6-inch wooden handle ensures a comfortable and secure grip, perfectly balancing the powerful blade. A premium cowhide leather sheath is included, making it safe and practical to carry.
