How do I connect the smart watch and enable the call function?

1. Turn on the "Bluetooth" function of your phone.
2. Open "Google Play" or the “App Store.".
3. Search for "Da Fit" app and download.
4. Open the app, click "ADD A DEVICE,"  select "C20pro," and bind it.
5. After selecting "C20pro to connect, on the mobile phone system pop-up pairing request, select "Pair.". (The call function is available by default.)

Note: Bluetooth pairing will not work if the watch battery is below 10%. The distance of the Bluetooth connection should not exceed 10 meters.

Frequently asked question
1- Please note that the maximum Bluetooth distance is 8–10 meters. If the watch was beyond the distance, it would cause a disconnection, and you would need to bind the watch to the app again.
2- If the app can’t detect the watch, please restart your phone and also reset the watch (Turn on the watch, then click the "Settings" icon-->Click, then click "System, and then "reset".) Then try again.
3- If you still can’t connect the watch, please uninstall the app and also delete "C20pro" from the Bluetooth-paired list of your phone. Install the app and try again.
4- If you cannot receive any messages or make the call, please check the permissions enabled.(On your phone's permission about the app)
5- It supports system versions above Android 6.0 and iOS 9.0.if the version is lower than 9.0, please upgrade first. It can be set through the mobile phone. In general, check the version of this machine.
