This Beautiful Handmade Damascus Knife is more than a blade — it’s a true work of art, meticulously forged by master craftsman Rody Stan. With an overall length of 15 inches and a 10-inch Damascus steel blade, this knife delivers both breathtaking design and unmatched strength.

The blade is hand-forged from 1095 and 15N20 high carbon steel, folded into 512 true layers. This process creates the iconic Damascus pattern, with layers flowing all the way to the edge, producing a microscopic saw-blade effect that allows the knife to keep cutting even when others dull. Heat-treated for durability, the blade achieves a Rockwell hardness of 54 HRC at the edge and 42–45 HRC on the spine. Its 4 mm thickness, false top edge, and hand grinds add both strength and character.

The 5-inch rosewood handle, paired with a hand-forged Damascus guard, offers balance, comfort, and durability. To complete the design, the knife comes with a custom handmade calfskin leather sheath, hand-tooled and sewn to perfectly fit the blade — as unique as the knife itself.
