Damascus Steel Hunting Bowie Knife with Pakka Wood Handle & Leather Sheath

This Custom Handmade Damascus Steel Hunting Bowie Knife is a true work of art — built for performance, durability, and timeless appeal. With an overall length of 16.5 inches, it features an 11-inch hand-forged Damascus steel blade, created through hours of forging, layering, and grinding to deliver unmatched sharpness and strength.

The 4 mm thick blade is heat-treated to Rockwell hardness 54 HRC at the edge and 42–45 HRC along the spine, giving it excellent edge retention and resilience. Its fine hand grinds and false edge on the top side add both function and striking design.

The Pakka wood handle, paired with a hand-cast brass guard, provides balance, comfort, and elegance. To complete the package, this knife comes with a custom-made leather sheath, crafted from premium calf skin, hand-tooled and sewn for a perfect fit.
