This Beautiful Handmade Damascus Knife is a remarkable blend of artistry and strength, meticulously forged by master bladesmith Rody Stan. With an overall length of 15 inches, it features a 10-inch Damascus steel blade and a 5-inch rosewood handle, creating a perfect balance of performance and style.

The blade is hand-forged from 1095 and 15N20 high carbon steel, folded into 512 true layers. This forging technique creates the iconic Damascus pattern, flowing seamlessly to the edge and forming a microscopic saw-blade effect that keeps cutting even after heavy use. The blade is heat-treated for durability, achieving a Rockwell hardness of 54 HRC on the edge and 42–45 HRC along the spine. With a 4 mm thick spine, expert hand grinds, and a subtle false edge, this blade is both functional and elegant.

The handle is crafted from rosewood, enhanced with a hand-forged Damascus guard, sub-hilt, and butt cap for added strength, control, and style. The result is a handle that not only feels secure in the hand but also showcases exquisite detailing.

A custom handmade calfskin leather sheath completes the package. Hand-tooled and stitched, it is crafted specifically for this knife, ensuring a perfect fit and long-lasting protection.
