Alcohol temperature and concentration conversion table instructions (see manual)

The alcohol concentration measured by a breathalyzer is only at standard temperatures

(20%) is the actual concentration of alcohol. However, in the actual work, the temperature of alcohol can not be the standard temperature 20C, so it is necessary to convert the alcohol concentration measured at the non-standard temperature to the alcohol concentration at the standard temperature, which is the actual concentration of alcohol.

Third, use method

1, the need to measure the alcohol first poured into the measuring cylinder (three groups of 100 ml can be used) alcohol can not have dirt or turbidity phenomenon.

2, wipe the thermometer upright in the measuring cylinder (about 1 minute) to read the temperature value, and then wipe the 40-70 alcohol meter slowly sink into the measuring cylinder, then there will be three situations:

① The liquid level is within the scale range, so that the reading can be prepared.

② The liquid level is below the scale range, and the low alcohol meter needs to be replaced.

③ The liquid level is higher than the scale or the bottom of the alcohol meter, and the height alcohol meter needs to be replaced.

3, reading when the liquid level in the scale range can be read after the static stability, the reading position is the liquid level and the scale level (according to the lower edge reading), write down the alcohol meter reading.

4, look up the table conversion table at the top of each page of the alcohol meter to measure the number of degrees, find the corresponding degree, the leftmost column of the conversion table is the temperature, find the corresponding temperature, the two values cross, that is, the actual degree of alcohol.

Example: The alcoholometer measured 61 degrees, and the thermometer measured 61 degrees (see product manual).
